History

MedServ was established in 1995 by the partners of Fitch & Associates, the global leading emergency medical services/public safety consulting firm, in response to clients’ requests for help in leading and operating for their medical transport organizations. We now offer a comprehensive range of customizable services, including:

  • temporary CEO services, both short- and long-term
  • complete facilities management
  • communications center services
  • comprehensive accounts receivable management
  • startup services

We have also expanded into direct air medical operations through MedServ Air-Medical Transport, which establishes strategic relationships with hospitals to base medical helicopters at their facilities.
